    ? I am a 16 year old girl and came from 55 kg to 45 kg without Even knowing and no exercise..its so simple ??????
    Avoid bakery items and junk food like pizza,Burger,cake,biscuits etc and drink more water in the morning and have lite meal at night..that's it
